Book your tickets now to join our summer Big Green Week get together where we’ll explore whether Up cycling and buying second-hand is the future of fashion.

Hear talks from Chloe Haywood and Gemma Metheringham followed by a Q&A.

Chloe Haywood is a British designer with a passion for sustainability and circular design, known for her work with waste materials and her involvement in the events services industry, particularly in wardrobe departments and costume waste management with her initiative Rewardrobe.

Gemma Metheringham is a researcher, writer, consultant, and advocate for secondhand fashion, dedicated to exploring how the growth of the fashion resale market can contribute to reducing the fashion industry’s overall carbon emissions.

We’ll finish the morning with a share a dish lunch.
Please bring along a dish to share marked up with allergens.
Free hot drinks will be provided!

We will also have a haberdashery, fabric and (textile related) book swap. 
Please bring along any items you’d like to swap. Donations are welcome to help support the work we do at Everyone Needs Pockets and our future events. We’ll be accepting both cash and card on the day.

Doors open from 9.30am for cup of tea and we will start at 10am.
